L'évolution de notre activité s'est naturellement orientée vers la limitation de notre empreinte carbone et la préservation de notre environnement. La gestion raisonnée de ce dernier par des moyens issus de l'agriculture biologique mais aussi conventionnelle, nous amène à un équilibre qualitatif et économique.

Notre personnel permanent s'occupe principalement d'encadrer les tâches viti-vinicoles à réaliser.

Nous externalisons certaines activités pour des raisons d'efficacité et de coût de matériels.    Ainsi, les opérations de filtration, mise en bouteille ou encore récolte sont réalisées par des prestataires équipés de matériels à la pointe de la technologie.

La rapidité d'exécution ou la réactivité sont également recherchées pour la gestion de certaines tâches comme l'entretien du vignoble, sa protection phytosanitaire ou encore sa récolte.

The well-reasoned management of the environment, which is based on the principles of organic and conventional agriculture, leads us to a harmonious balance between economy and quality.

Our permanent staff is managing all the vineyard and cellar activities throughout the year.

Some of the operations, such as harvesting, filtering and bottling are carried out by external service providers since they are equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Being rapid and responsive are two important traits required for the management of certain tasks such as the vineyard maintenance, its phytosanitary  protection, and the harvest.
